Welcome to GameCrafters Hub! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our event planning and execution services. By accessing our website, contacting us, or booking an event, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.
Definitions
"GameCrafters Hub", "we", "us", "our"
refer to GameCrafters Hub, a mobile event agency based in Canada.
"Client", "you", "your"
refer to the individual or entity that books Services from us.
"Services"
means the comprehensive event planning, coordination, equipment provision, staffing, and entertainment offered by GameCrafters Hub, including but not limited to birthday parties, weddings, corporate events, themed celebrations, and casino‑themed entertainment (which is strictly play‑based with no real gambling).
"Event"
the specific occasion for which Services are contracted.
"Booking Agreement"
the written or digital contract that details the scope of Services, date, location, fees, and any additional terms specific to the Event.
"Canadian Regulations"
the applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations governing the provision of event services and simulated gaming in Canada.
